1. Too many people believing the Haaland hype
2. Too many people believing the myth that Kane doesn't score in August
3. Spurs have Chelsea away and West Ham away in their first five fixtures whereas City have 5 very winnable games

Yeah I know. I want him in my team but wasn’t sure if the value would be impacted by a transfer to a “better” team. If he doesn’t play I’m not too fussed as I was going to play Murphy before bringing cucurella in. I’m more worried about Nunez not starting for liverpool

It isn't. The only thing that changes player value during a season is transfers in or out. Once a certain threshold is reached for number of transfers in, the player (buying) value goes up 100K (the selling value goes up 100K for every 200K increase of buying value as there is a 50% sell-on fee for any profit made). A player can only have up to 3 x 100K price rises in a week (and I'm not sure that has ever happened).

That’s the worst thing when visiting the states. The early kickoff is at like 6am so you have to make changes on the Friday.

Mitro and salah also helped a lot!

Quick Q, why do people use and waste their triple captain on the first weekend? Surely save it for a double game week?

Played it very safe with money in the bank but no Haaland did it mainly for me and I've gotten rid of Kane straight away for him. Need a keeper that's 5+ and Kulusevski in for Mount too.

72 points. Switching Kane for Haaland for next week other than that retaining the rest of the team for a bit.

63 for me. That’ll teach me not to make Salah captain which I usually do! I thought Kane would have done better at home but planned to switch to Haaland after the first game which I’ve now done.

I also plan to sell Jesus soon, leaving Haaland and Darwin Nunez up front, and get a stronger defence.
