Congrats to Jonathan Hughes and his team Lads on Touré who overtook Scott Bishop's team 'He who dares' in the final game week with an impressive 72 points compared to Scott's 58. The final winning margin was only three points!
Congratulations to both, some seriously good scores this season & thanks to Miss Chief for running this thread. Rather like the Predictathon thread, never any club-supporting hassle on here, it's always good natured banter.....Ended with 67 points in the final week (from ten players as four of my fifteen didn't play & both keepers did!). Thankful to vice captain Watkins and Kane for bumping my score up & decent contributions from de Gea,White and of all people,Douglas Luiz!! Ended the season on 219k with 2,485 points (a record for me), up 84k in the final week alone which was encouraging. Will spend some time today making some notes as a little bit of prep ahead of next year!
And thanks to everyone for contributing to the thread, it's a good place to come and discuss FPL stuff. Have a great summer, everyone!
a pretty disappointing end to the season with 65 pts only thanks to the decision to ditch Haarland and Captain Kane.Still my best season yet.
Good:
All my chips came up trumps.
Over 100 points three times.
Third in my works league.
Highest total points score ever.
Bad:
I won't embarrass myself by saying where I came overall and in the PH league,
Very disappointingly somebody reported my slightly risque but jokey team name and I had to change it. A bit petty but modern life I guess.
Anyway, this thread has been very entertaining over the season and well done to every one who made it so enjoyable. Now on to next season and how many Luton players am I going to pick?

Teams all ready? I needed a pep style sabbatical after winning my mini league 2 years in a row but I have been pulled in again!
