Is there a more classless player in the PL. Stinks the place out and then has the audacity to do that to a championship team they didn't lose to due to about 3cm.

That looks like he was doing it to the crowd (still classless) and someone photohopped that so he was in front of their team.
Narrator: "He wasn't"
He wasn’t even the penalty taker.

What a .

Exactly, he came on when they were 3-0 up, did fk all and celebrated like they'd just beaten Barca and not a lower league team they were supposed to have beaten without penalties. He didn't even take one himself.

Give Maguire his due, he went straight over to the Coventry players and shook their hands before celebrating.

hehe

The fact the likes of him and Rashford are still mainstays there warms my heart.

Doesn't surprise me, that. I think Maguire generally behaves like a grown up. He's put in some awful displays at times over the last 2 or 3 years, and got crucified but he's clearly never hid, or said anything, and just got on with his job regardless.

Talks are "on hold" with Liverpool for Amorim while he jets into London to consider taking over the West Ham job. Wow, didn't see that coming!

I guess they are giants of Europe, besides you guys probably didn't want him anyway.

Moyes is still with the club, how can they hold official talks with another manager?

Ah, I see.

Well if Amorim prefers them to us, he's clearly not made of the right stuff, for us.

Got to love newspaper talk, eh?

"Xabi Alonso is favourite to become new LFC manager"
Xabi: "No, I've not talked to anyone, I'm happy at Leverkusen"

Press: "Amorim is new favourite after Alonso TURNS DOWN Liverpool! And LFC have had TALKS with him"
Amorim: "I've not talked to anyone..."

hehe

Adam.

Interesting choice, let's hope this one doesn't have his head turned by yet another powerhouse of football!

Strange choice for Amorim too (if it happens of course). I mean not to do anyone a disservice but the two jobs are hardly comparable. Only thing I can think of is that he'd prefer living in London to Liverpool which is a pretty compelling argument tbf.

Full control of the squad is another.

Living in London for sure. Also, maybe he's the favourite of footy statisticians everywhere (as he tops those with his comparability to Klopp). But LFC have said they're not after a Klopp clone, so other factors other than stats come into play. Best to take the stories with huge handfuls of salt - nobody knows. I don't think anyone knew before JK signed, either.
