Come on Pete, we know the run will last just long enough for us all to start to believe again (usually around November for me). Then we will get 3/15 over Christmas and be 5 points of the playoffs until end of March and then finish 12 points off.

wink
hey dont spoli the ending for me wink

But at least we are playing positive football. Maybe if the players believe?

That was one heck of a result.
Just maybe we are finally heading in the right direction.
Patience is required by the owner though!

A big one next week and a result against Derby really will build confidence in playing SLs way.

We aren’t even in the play off spots yet.... but agreed, good results coming away from home.

Sad about Junior Agogo. Only 40 !

What a game it's going to be tonight.
Wish I was able to attend.
Going to be interesting to see what team he fields, maybe a return for Caravalho?

Great result against the old enemy.
Looks like we have some real talent in the new signings this year.

Great pity Semedo is not a permanent signing, he really looks something special.

We shouldn't get too expectant though, maybe a strong challenge this season and with a few more deadwood cleared out over the next two transfer windows and another couple of strong additions really go for it next season when the players really have the confidence to play the Lamouchi way.

Still feel we are short of that real quality striker, although Grabban may be it with the way we are setting up now. He does need cover though! Mir apparently missed a few clear chances again😕

Would have been nice to have stuck 5 past them😂

Let’s not get carried away. I will wait and see if we still have the same manager when the next transfer window opens...

EM surely has to give this manager a couple of seasons!

Will be an interesting game today. In the past we string together a couple of good results and then bomb against a team we should beat.
No disrespect to Preston, this is the sort of game we have to win if we are to have a realistic chance of being up there at the end of the season.
I think it will also show how far we have come under Lamouchi.

Agreed - watching this closely.

Preston have made a decent start to the season.

Now that was a great result and according to the reports, it could have been better than the 0-1, but I will take that against a team that hasn't lost at home this year.

Yes that is exactly the kind of result that makes a chap believe the impossible dream this season.

Pay no attention we will still be 8-14 points adrift come end of April.

It’s a trap !

I see operation forlorn hope is still on course, up into the playoff spots today.

I always like this part of the season. Perhaps one year the league could finish early December.

Not sure, but I would think as the Stoke game is next Friday and we play again on Tuesday, I would think this is going to be a run out for the reserves, which I thoroughly dislike as a fan, but accept that is the way these days.
