Well, Worral summed it up......WE WERE PANTS IN THE FIRST HALF!
Negatives, lots. Semedo too lightweight, Yates potential but not up to the task yet, Diakhaby not impressed, too negative tactics sorry Sabri but they are bottom 3, we should be going out and destroying them.
Positives, sublime goal from Grabban, thought Bostock at last looked a decent player, Carvalho also looked better and we showed at the end we can actually play attacking football rather than just let teams come onto us and try to hit them on the break.

At point gap, and our form, confidence looking very shaky,

We have underperformed these last few weeks, Reading, Birmingham and Charlton and now this, all matches we should have got more from.

Can’t win them all, but I thought the team need a bit more investment in the January window, but then I think that every year.

Hopefully we can get our form back in the next few matches before we get to the sharp end of the season.

Forest are improving over recent seasons and are developing momentum. We are capable of giving any team in the division a game, but we are still quite inconsistent. We are not quite in the top tier of Championship sides so there is no point in hoping for promotion we'd get taken apart by any team in the Premiership at present.

From what (limited matches) I've seen, i'm inclined to agree - at times we've looked very classy and at other times very average (at best).

I think we are now realistically looking behind us to see who is challenging for the playoff positions, rather than looking ahead of us to see who we need to beat to get automatic promotion.

The Grabban finish was classy, and hopefully will improve his confidence going into the last few games of the season.

No Samba Sow or Tiago Silva tonight.
Really hope he gives Bostock a chance in midfield and uses Carvahlo as the creative influence.

I hate Millwall

Just the opposite of everything Forest are about as a team.

Okay at least Carvalho in for some creative threat, would so like to see him have a belter of a game as I think he has so much to offer. Semedo needs to up his game to be effective in midfield though!

What, ambitious? Forest starting to take the foot off the gas early this season.

What are you talking about, usually we are in mid table straight after Christmas...

This is an extended run of hope over experience.

just looked at who's behind us in the table rather than who's in front which says it all

We usually storm out of the block early on, then we're all on the beach in the last few months of the season. You'd have thought having worked so hard that we'd at least try for a playoff position but based on recent experience we're unlikely to achieve even that.

Hence why I think the club suffers from a lack of ambition.

Semedo very poor, not a good signing at all.

We need a boost in form if we are going to stay in a play off position.
