Looking at Wikipedia there's been 18 manager changes since Evangelos Marinakis took over Olympiakos in mid 2010 and one manager (Paulo Bento) got sacked in 2017 when he was 7 points clear at the top of the league. The owner doesn't seem like a guy with lots of patience.

Figueiredo and Ribeiro also seem shadows of their last season's ability. Mind you how we conceded goals towards the end was totally unacceptable.

Forest have been defensively incompetent for years now, its a major shortcoming even in the Championship where few teams can really defend. Forest never really seem any run of form, you can never back them to beat an inferior team, especially when we really need the points for a promotion push.

I hope we are too good to go down, but the early signs aren't great, we should be pushing for a playoff position every season not sitting mid-table or mired in a relegation fight.

SL gone by Christmas unless things change. I love the club and am a season ticket holder but would actually but £10 on him going by end of year.

Christmas, I think you are being generous there, unless he can make a remarkable turn around.
Eddie Howe anybody?

We might need Big Sam or Neil Warnock if we don't turn it around soon. 1

Wow, SL has certainly been backed in the transfer market, with the last two signings of really good quality, in addition to Freeman and Taylor looking great prospects. I presume we will now let Worral go to get some funds back in, doesn't worry me too much as the current back two are either not up to the correct standard or just really out of form from the Covid restart.
SL now has to tactically and motivationally deliver, through to the 96th minute

Forest have a good record with Scottish Central defenders.

Hopefully these two will give a bit more spine to the team.

Lot of changes to the line up tonight and I thought the players were trying - we just offer nothing going forward. I don't think SL will be able to turn this around.

We were utterly clueless going forward against a very average Huddersfield team.
I agree I cannot see SL turning this around unfortunately, I just don't think he has the tactical nous.
Whilst it maybe a revolving manager's door, I would imagine with the potential this squad has it must be an appealing job?

At no points from three games, and no wins in over ten matches the clock is seriously ticking on SL.

I have no idea what the right way forward is, the players are not delivering on their potential ? Or the manage is not getting the best out of them .

Either way, things have to change soon.

Just read that Worral is out for 2 months. No great shame apart from meaning we can't get some over inflated transfer fee for him.
Thought McKenna and Soh looked far more composed, apart from McKenna making one wrong move for their goal, than Worral and Figs have done since Covid restart and they have never played before.
One positive from last night maybe?

Well that's our £13M record signing gone to a 2nd division Spanish team. That was a heck of an investment!

Joao Carvalho was pretty poor though, perhaps they were hoping for Ricardo Carvalho instead.

No room for cynicism, today is the start of a brilliant unbeaten run.

My hopes are high !
