Didn't watch it but I am not surprised by the result at all. There seemed to be a lot of misplaced optimism/ arrogance on the saintsweb forum beforehand, that we were going to win this game easily. I know Brighton are pretty ste, but we are worse.

I've seen Brighton a few games recently. They are better than their league position suggests.

That was easier than I thought.

I have to admit Redmond looked pretty good today. Two well taken goals and a good assist. Funny what can happen when you attack and run at defenders rather than going backwards.

I wonder if it will give the team a boost....

I know you can only beat what's in front of you but Bummuff were pretty poor today. We need Redmond to produce this sort of performance week in week out not just against weaker opposition. A good win all the same and onward to Wembley for the semi .

I missed the match but I have caught-up on MOTD.

An excellent three points and good goals. A stupid penalty to concede by W-P though, and a missed shirt-grab later on saved another.

Yep, big 3 points yesterday and I THINK that should be enough to mean we're safe I reckon.

We haven't managed it since Xmas so will be a massive ask on Sunday. I am glad I don't have BT !!
I will be over the moon if we get a result but can't see it. We are very easy to play against at the moment.
