There seems no longer the possibility really of an escape from relegation. The manager openly blamed himself and to me that was so naive. It seems he is in awe of being a first division manger and admitting he isn't up to the job, something I have never heard a manager do before. The bookies have us at 70% probability.

He was massively out of his depth at Stoke. It appears the only club he's capable of managing is Luton but I can't see them wanting him back any time soon.....I think Mick Harford was a big part of his success there, without him he's clueless

Strong rumours this morning that he is being sacked. A large training ground bust up yesterday would not have helped his cause.
There's been talk of a ruckus at Staplewood, Caleta-Car stepped in with his two-penneth and, by way of a humiliating punishment, Jones dropped him to the B team. Likewise Stuart Armstrong who might not be as 'injured' as is being suggested.I have no idea whether there's truth in any of this, but I do know that I am not warming to either Jones' tactics, or to him as a person.

DCC was from elsewhere (so no idea of the veracity), but it's consistent with the description of the Armstrong situation.
I see the odds on NJ getting his P45 have plummeted overnight, and just now TalkSport was reporting that 'SportRepublic is reviewing the position of Nathan Jones'.
