Robinho bid accepted - €40m

Berba bid accepted - £34m

Bids for Gomez, Owen and Villa have been made

they're trying to derail other teams completing deals or inflate prices

have been following it all day, don't know if I've got another 2 hours in me...

I wouldnt worry, if Robinho signed for City ahead of Chelsea it shows its about money not glory for him. In any case he is ste, lightweight and will flop in the premiership. Despite him being a complete prick Drogba is probably the best striker in europe.

no bad thing - means ther will be more competition at the top of the table in a couple of years BUT they will have to win some competitions first - it took Chelsea 3/4 seasons before they could attract the likes of Ballack, Deco, Robinho (hopefully), etc

I think, or I heard at least, It was more Real not accepting a bid from Chelsea over moving to Man City for money only.
