Let's not forget Wigan only exist due to Dave Whelan and JJB Sports.
And that’s exactly the same isn’t it. A former pro turned businessman, pumps money into his hometown club. That’s how football used to be with Ken Bates et al. Not State sponsored clubs with zero connection to the club they’ve bought.

Of course United's money is squeaky clean....

Where did I say we were squeaky clean? Anyway, you might have noticed that we’re now owned by some wkers in the US, not the Edwards family. Even with the st that Louis Edwards did, that doesn’t alter that you’re a State sponsored side. It’s quite weird how people have adopted the Trump method to debate. That being, rather than justify the point being made, just attack someone else instead.

Not far from a full strength side tonight,
Other PL managers should take note.
Why didn't he start with Walker & DeBruyne. ?Other PL managers should take note.
Silva and Sane didn’t look as sharp as normal but they have only just come back.
Aguero didn’t have his shooting boots on at all last night and Jesus would have been brought on if he’d been fit.
No excuses though. The better team didn’t win but Wigan certainly fought for every scrap and deserved a victory.
As for the quadruple, I don’t think any City fan really expected it. It would have been fantastic and City are certainly good enough to have had done it this season but you need a bit of luck to do it as well as ability and we certainly didn’t have any last night.
Oh well, at least Southampton, United, Chelsea and Spurs must feel a bit more confident now

That Aguero dude, possibly over rated ?
100%. he's rubbish, and should be scoring 8 goals at least every game. or he's absolutely screwed from leading the line on his own since jesus got crocked, and by all accounts has been carrying a heel injury himself for most of the season.just one of those days. wigan defended like their families were being held hostage, and the city attacking force was a little off tilt for some reason.

good summationLatics have their fair share of 'big game' players which I think really helps them to over-achieve in games like this. Plus the manager played a blinder by switching formations throughout the match.

I'd love to know what people expect Aguero to have done
