I’m not 100% sure of his attitude but I’ve got to trust those who know more than me that he’ll fit right in and make us even stronger.

Sorry Athlon, I forgot to update. I spoke to the family and I was told in no uncertain terms they weren’t interested!

For any MCFC fans worried about Mahrez, you have my word that he will be one of your best performers next season. To get 10+ goals and assists in 2 out of 3 seasons, in a mid table team like ours, with Danny Simpson playing behind him (who is not attacking threat) takes some doing.

He is the best player I have ever seen wear the Leicester shirt, there is no chance we will replace him. We would need to buy someone like Eden Hazard in order to try and replace his goals and assists. I am genuinely devastated that he's leaving, but I think the time is right. 60m + 5m in add ons is in the grand scheme of things not a lot, but he's only got two years left on his deal and no one other than yourselves seem to be interested.

I wish him all the best and I'm glad he's going to you, as in terms of the top teams, Man City are my preferred one.

Please quote me on this post come the end of next season.

No need on this thread, we'll see it here just fine with the amount of posts it gets.

I was until I saw you and remembered life could be much worse. Now I feel great.

Sane cut from the German world cup squad, ridiculous, still keeps him nice and fresh for next season.

That’s good news for both City and, ultimately, England in my opinion.

I am sure there is good reason for it, but to me it feels like a crazy decision to make

Why do City fans boo the CL anthem?

LFC - 20k fine for the smashing up City team coach

MCFC - 30k fine for exiting the changing rooms 60 seconds late after half time.

FA have been fined £16k after a youth player had a drink from a non-sponsorship brand. Russia fined £20k for racism. Fines are all ridiculous.

You couldn’t make it up .
After the fiasco of cancelled flights to a city not big enough to cope with a CL final, Liverpool will be presumably booing the anthem next season?

If it worried him so much he should have said something while he was still a player, I wonder why he didn't!

A poor attempt of adding a stigma on someones head who left him out of the team and didn't have a big leaving party with the fans (because it's his right to). Has no specific examples and is just simply something he feels. Bitter and disgraceful. Shame really.

IMO it shows more about his character and attitude than it does about Peps!
