Episode 7 is a tough watch.
3 defeats in a week frown
Makes you realise just what fine margins there are at this level and how it matters just as much to the professionals as it does to the fans.

Just episode 8 left, no spoilers but I think there’s going to be a record breaking happy ending wink

Episode 8 is brillant.
Vinnie at his father in laws house watching Utd loose and City winning the league is very funny.

A favourite image from the show.

It would be a bit cruel to post elsewhere today.

The saddest thing in that whole post are the words 'had to'.

Excellent result today, we need every goal we can get, as GD could decide it at the end of the season.

Just watched MOD2 and City were awesome, talk about beautiful football!
Sergio was saying on the Amazon program that he had the knee operation last season because he’d been in constant pain for nearly 5 years. It seems to have worked!
Edison’s assist was outstanding and Mendy was a constant threat, what a player he is.
If we can keep this up last season will look odinary!

2 episodes down and so far Liverpool, Chelsea and Utd (amongst many ) destroyed smile
Easy to see why Pep is so successful.
Looking forward to the episodes where we return the favour (three times over). wink
I can't recall Liverpool destroying City as City did to Liverpool at the Etihad last season. Liverpool certainly did get a massive rub of the green in the other games though..........certainly the CL games.

If you watch the Amazon episode that features these games it does act as a reminder of how close it was and how luck played a big part in it.
At Anfield in the PL, Sergio was so close to getting a last minute equaliser making it 4-4, then in CL an away goal wasn’t given and in the CL at the Etihad, Sanes goal just before half time was incorrectly not given. 2-0 up at half time may well have put a different end result.
But that’s football and Liverpool played very well in all the games and if the results had gone our way rhen they’d equally have justification in saying we’d had luck on our side.

I don't recall Liverpool getting the opportunity to play against a 10 man City side either.
