By the way losing series, I have seen my team win the league 5 times in my lifetime, I have been to 4 European finals and seen one champions league final. Countless FA cups, and I watched my team win the league at Shite hart lane, Anfield and Old Trafford.

What great nights were you at?

I'll tell you how many European trophies we have won.

1 UEFA cup
1 Cup Winners Cup

played in 3 ECWC finals, 1 UEFA cup final and one Champions league final (a trophy you have never ever played in)

How many European home games have we won? More than Spuds have ever won, when did you last beat Real Madrid in the Bernabeau???

13 league titles
10 FA cups
2 League cups

Read it and weep, you could win the league for 10 consecutive seasons and still be behind us.

Your ground is shit, ours is the best in Europe.

Your'e losing the pissing competetion badly.
Our ground is shit, is that all you can say as an arguement, f**k me, i give a damn composition on the Immigrants stadium and your answer to that is 'our ground is shit', hmm something tells me you are quietly jealous of WHL.

1UEFA CUP, well we have won that twice and lost once
ECWC we have also won,
and we also got to the semi final of the European Cup when it was a propoer competition, not the half rate League version where you get to play all the weak tems before the real competition starts, and thats when you normally get knocked out, or if memory tell me if i am wronge you normally dont reach that stage.

Immigrants best stadium in Europe dont make me laugh.............

We made the final dumbass, you have only qualified twice in your entire history because you have only won the league twice.

Arsenal 13 titles

Spuds 2.

Again read it and weep. Your history is inferior, youre team is inferior, your support is inferior, your stadium is inferior.

No wonder you have such a complex about us! rofl

OK then tell me a better club stadium?

You cant. And its full EVERY WEEK. It was very full when our youth team humiliated your best 11 last season.

You still haven't answered my questions loser,

when did you last beat Arsenal?

When did you see your team win the league?

When did you watch Spuds play in the champions league?

When did you win the league at Highbury?

Don't choke on your tea now....

Case closed then.

The Emirates Stadium is one of the best stadiums in Europe. Fact.

Top stadium v. Shit stadium = no contest. Now why would we be jealous, moreover, jealous of what?

There's no argument here... Arsenal are the better team. Spurs have always been shit. End of story.

The harsh reality is that the longer you dont qualify for the champions league the wider the gap gets. You can't buy your way in though and whether you like it or not unless Spuds get a new stadium you are going to struggle big time. And you wont fill it without champions league football. Its a chicken and egg situation.

Admit it guys you love WHL, I mean you have won winning the title there, and it must remind you of what a proper stadium is all about. And when Levy finally devolps the ground to add another 15,000 seats, well it wont be 60,000. But it is, and always will be twice the Stadium the Immigrants will ever be. I mean Highbury was quiet, but even that was louder then the London Library ooops sorry Immigrants Stadium. And I kinda get the feeling your not to keen on Library or The Immigrants as a nickname I wonder why..... they say the truth hurts.

Geezer, Spurs lose; Spurs lost. So have you. Turn it in. Yes, we love it when we win titles at your Tottenham High Road ground that holds a little over half Emirates' capacity. Let's move on. You're humiliating yourself.

Not really.
Whether Spurs or Arsenal is a 'bigger' club, I don't know or care. I've never understood how you can tell. Round my way most of the Arsenal fans I know have all appeared recently, could be a glory hunter thing I think....

As for being part of it...
Not sure I want to be.
I'm happy where we are thanks.

Oh, what does make me laugh is Arsenal fans talking to each other on a Spurs thread.
Got no friends elsewhere?
Don't worry, I've sorted it!

Excellent. Thats all you can come back with that you have read the stadium is quiet. You haven't been so how would you know? When we stuffed you twice last year it was noisy, trust me I was actually there. Why would any Arsenal fan be jealous of your toilet of a tiny ground?

And maybe if you were at the Emirates you would remember you fickle muppets leaving 15 before the end because your multi million pound flops were getting hammered in both games.

13 times champions.

Lounge? How common.

I was born in Enfield. Nearest team Spurs. The only two teams I hate more are ARSEnal and whoever Alan Pardew is managing this month.

Wow amazing vitriol being spouted (mainly from the Gunners funnily enough). Yes for the last 20 years Arsenal have clearly been the better team (though I do still chuckle at the 1991 FA cup semi final, results like that are few and far between) - amazing what can happen if you have world class managers given the time they need to settle in a build a solid team (Spurs have changed managers as often as Man Utd change kits - short term policy that never yields top results unless you have the money to bank roll a title bid - doin' a Blackburn they call it).
We've lost two games on the trot - it happens even to the bigger teams - we had a poor start last season: does it stop me supporting the Yids? Nope - if I could I'd have a season ticket. Am I jealous of Arsenal? Nope not at all - nice shiney new al qaeda stadium - strong youth side (better than the A-squad last season) and a manager who unless he gets a share of the club will be gone next season.
Enjoy the season lads - there'll be a few suprises yet.
One last thing - as a amater side when did the Arsenal last win the FA cup.... hold up wait a minute I believe Spurs were the last club to win the FA cup as an amater side (first English team to bring back a European trophy as well, and didn't we do the double before Arsenal hehe )
I'm sorry the Yids 8 FA cups isn't as good as the Arsenal - not bad considering we last won one in 1991

Jinxy mate, you were doing ok until the last bit which is straw clutching in the extreme, as Spurs won the FA cup as an amatuer side before your grandparents were born!! The only thing you lot had to crow about was 8 FA cups, but we surpassed that years ago.

You could easily get a season ticket at the lane, just walk up there isn't a waiting list.

Anyway, drawing a line under the piss taking, you need to stop changing the manager as you pointed out. Thats Spurs biggest problem. Mark my words it's so predictable, if you lose the next coupe of matches they will be baying for Jol's head and that, is quite frankly ridiculous.

There's a long way to go yet, true. However, whatever the season brings I wont be booing our players off or calling for the managers head. As for Wenger leaving, you are really naive, he's just about to sign a four year contract and he never leaves before the end of one.

Thats what I'm trying to say. Get behind them, stop worrying what Arsenal are doing and the success might come. The way things are going Spurs are becoming the Leeds of the south, hanging to the past. All I ever hear on the TV when you play is "stand up if you hate Arsenal" and the barracking of Jenas. Booing your team off at half time one game into the season is treason as far as I'm concerned.

Flasher - I was just trying to put the humour back into the thread - and pretty much agree with what you said apart from the season ticket bit: you have to pay to join the waiting list for the waiting list at the moment - a four tiered "club membership" system is in place and it's not cheap.
As to the Wenger comment - after his mates bid for the club fell through I wouldn't be overly confident on him staying another 4 years.

Well he's a man of his word so I dont see why he wont. Dein will take over with Kroenke eventually anyway and in the meantime the board will sanction anything Wenger wants so as not to upset him.

The bottom line is this, I am a football fan and some of best days following the Arse were when the Spuds had a half decent team (Gazza, Lineker etc) the last 10 years has seen the games become increasingly meaningless to Gooners as our main rivals have been Liverpool Manure and Chelkski. Your whole season each year seems to revolve around two games against us, even to the embarrasing point of acting like you had won the league when you got a draw.

The worst thing you can do is rip Jol to pieces as he is your best chance of success. That said spending 17m on Bent instead of a creative midlfielder and adequate defensive cover was total folly. You already had 3 excellent forwards so why buy Bent? Although now Berbatov is injured you might need him.

As for us, what we lost with Henry is made up for by having Fabregas making chances at will. I have always beleived wide play and creative midfielders win trophies, not forwards. Time will tell whether Da Silva is the answer as he is injured too.
