So, we need to get some players on longer contracts, get Pienaar, and a few other Jelavic type bargains.

I know. Been worried about this for some time.

Better be worth the investment.

He wants to stay at Goodison, I think that will go some way. Pienaar is top of Moyes list, some will pay what it needs, within no daft reason. I'm not sure a grumpy Pienaar sat n the reserves is what you need. If Redknapp is staying, I'm not sure how much chance he will get to play.

It's funny how he came out on loan, after getting next to no chance at WHL, and NOW you want him back. hehe

I never wanted him to leave in the first place , he was not given a chance IMHO

Your fellow fans felt differently. He is a hell of a left winger. We just need someone for the right now. Drenthe would have fit the bill of he wasn't such a tt.

Oh, and the difference with Baines and Gibson in the side is night and day.

I understand that a price was agreed at the time of the loan deal if we wanted to make it permanent, however I would expect Spurs will rceeive a few enquiries and Pienaar may have his head turned again. I can't see us holding onto our squad and it's a shame, just imagine waht Moyes could do with £20-30m to spend. As it is I think we will see one or more of Jags, Baines or Felli leave this summer, hope I'm wrong but cannot see how we can service our debt and stay afloat any other way.

Good ner view on the club website with Peanuts after the game. Almost on the verge of tears as he has to say goodbye to everyone. Hope to see him back, and if not, I hope he is utilized at Spurs. Such a waste of talent sat on the bench.

Really enjoyed the last few weeks of the season (RS game apart)

Can`t wait for us to start next season....roll on January 2013 hehe

According to a ITK at Everton Jonny could be the sacrificial lamb this summer if he has a good Euros.

Feeling confident for 2012-2013 you sexy boys in Blue? You certainly had a strong end to the season.

You must be contenders to finish in the European places next year - assuming you start the season well.

Well, of you take our second half of the season performances, we would be certainly in with a strong shout. We just have to sort out the front end, and make sure, as Fella said, keep the squad together.

Talk in the Telegraph of us making a move for Holt. I for one would be happy with that. I think it would suit both him, and us. I don't think he would linger on the bench, and would get a good run of games. Holt alongside Jelly would be interesting.

We were also rumored to be interested in Naismith at Rangers, which considering Jelly had such a good partnership with him, would also be welcome. It would also be cut price. Jelavic, as well as Weir recommended him, apparently.

I'd be happy with Holt if the price was right.

Looking forward to next season. Might even get my season ticket back!
