Not when he first went there. Then he got injured, I presume, which you already knew he was prone to. Still, he got you a few goals, and as I said, we released him despite him having 6 months contract left.

If Harry is still your manager, I'm not sure Poenaar will get any more games. He is still the same player he was when he first went to you, and was slated, and it seems many of you wanted rid.

How much has he played? 4 1/2 minutes in how many years? No thanks. We have had our fair share of crocked players. No thanks.

I've just posted a list of Bosman players this summer on this summer movements thread.

It's only the players from the Prem but some strong names/players this year. yes

Well, wages to one side I'd take Asharvin, Hoilett, and Rodellega. We won't though. Pienaar is still, and has to be, our number one target.

You could do with another goal scorer. I didn't realise how much you needed Jelavic to come in till reading this season review thing on Sky: clicky

"Everton went for two entire matches in a row in December without having a single shot on target in the defeats to Stoke and Arsenal"

It doesn't say if you hit the woodwork though>>>>>>>>coat>>>>>>>>>

We had the same problem you guys did. We could play well in 2/3rds of the pitch, but the last 3rd was a nightmare. Our last couple of strikers have been relented, but very much on-off. Saha when playing well was sublime, but it was getting rarer and rarer, Yakubu could poach a goal, bit provided very little else, Anichebe has obvious ability, but likes the physio too much. Still not sure why Beckford was sold. We also missed those creative, jinxing little players. Aretha, and more so Pienaar were severely missed.

When the january window came, Moyes managed to fill the 3 spots that we needed. Gibson, for 2 million, has been a bit of an under credited revelation in the middle. Very settling, and means others can get forward more. Pienaar gave us that "oh cricket, what is he doing and whereas he going" ability, and well, Jelly has an ability to score goals, and his goals since he started playing in March made a hell of a difference. Could he be the goal scorer we have been missing since the days of Linekar, Sharpy, et al? I bloody well hope so. If we had been playing the way we have been since January, at the start of the season, we could be a bit higher up the table than we are, but that is the annual story. Hopefully that will change.

£18m for Baines and blue Bill will sell him, whether Pienaar will still want to come back if his mate has gone i don`t know? Unfortunatley under Kenste we are selling club, more than most frown

Kenwright may be the poorest owner in the league, but under his stewardship, he brought n Moyes, and oversaw the risen fortunes we have seen.

'Kenste' is a little disingenuous. How soon the likes of Hamper Johnson are forgotten.
