In other news, Barkley left out of the squad travelling to Tanzania, groin allegedly but it does look as tough he's off now..
Im a huge barkley fan and really hope we get him at spurs, my worry has been that the business you've been doing and the money he could earn at everton now might be enough keep him, do you guys really see him leaving? Ascayman said:

He's not signed a new contract mate and was told he'd be sold as he's only one year to run, plenty think he's been tapped up with Spurs the most likely culprit. I think the signings we've been making (especially if Siggy comes) make his departure more, rather than less, likely. He has a lot of talent and I love the fact he's one of ours, but he seems to lack a bit of football intelligence, often chooses the wrong pass at the wrong time and I think he may have blotted his copybook with Koemann. In one way I'd hate to see him flourish at another club, but Spurs could be a good move, though not sure he'd be guaranteed a starting place.

The Dier to United seems to be gathering more momentum. He has a lot of talent and I love the fact he's one of ours, but he seems to lack a bit of football intelligence, often chooses the wrong pass at the wrong time and I think he may have blotted his copybook with Koemann. If Dier does go to that awful franchise then I feel Barkley would be as good a replacement as we could get.

I wouldn't want to question your sources Tony but have heard Barkley is off, agree on Rom as I'd heard from a mate that he's happy to do another season, though it looks doubtful now.
Hello mate, Barkley is my personal opinion, as no one apart from Ross knows what going on in Ross`s head!I do know, and it was confirmed by Jim White, via Moshri we most presume, that no enquiries have been made for him, I think the lad is sitting tight hoping for a big move, its no secret that he doesn't get on with the Ginger one, who could blame him If he goes, it will be late window, don't be surprised by him signing that contract after the window, IMO.
No nothing on Benteke or for that matter Giroud, last I heard about him was his wages were a big problem for a number of clubs, my gut says red herring, people thinking Koeman/Pelle so Giroud must be a fit.
But another striker is on the cards surely? Niasse has been given a squad number
Another well known ITK saying Max Meyer, Callum Chambers are in the frame.
Stuck £20 on Rooney at 8-1 at X-Mas nice brucie bonus.
Not a big fan of Sigurdsson, sooner keep Ross and but that money/wages on a quality striker, but he might wait to see if Sandro hits the ground running before making a move.
