That's what I'm saying its Newcastle fans / the press that are assuming that.

He might be perfectly happy he's one of the highest paid managers in the league living where he mosts like In the country in a job in which he is completely unaccountable for anything.

How do you know he isn't satisfied with that? That he hasn't left suggests that maybe he is.

About £7m I think I read, but I’d guess that would run down as his contract does the same as most players.

I’m hopeful of something from the game. Not saying we’ll win, but should be looking to get something from this one. Not sure what’s going wrong with them, seem to be going backwards this year.

First of a series of games where we really should be aiming to get a few points in the board.

Both teams could do with the points and a win for either of them would have them marching up the (admittedly tightly packed) table like Huddersfield did at the weekend but I think that it'll be a score draw. 1-1

Obviously I hope that I'm wrong and you get crushed six nil and then your team bus breaks down on the way home and they all spend the night camping in the moors along the M62 but y'know, that's football for you.

Man Burnley have really hit the skids these days (no offence to yous), wonder what has happened there?

Happy with that. Made it harder for ourselves in missing chances but Burnley were poor and we had more fight, winning 50 50 balls all over the place.

I'm hopeful we can keep this run up, we seem to have hit a bit of a groove and confidence is growing. West Ham have been poor so with a bit of luck we can get another 3 points on the board.
