Yeah. Interesting article by Richie wellens.
Linked to the problems is the culture of players who don't care and have little respect.
ie. chopra, Bullard et al going out on the piss.
Shane supple said as much when deciding to leave football for good.
He intimated that the culture at Ipswich has led to us not having that 'fighting spirit or killer instinct' that magilton, keane & Jewell all talked about. Hence why we always give away a lead and let goals in late on in a game.
We need to get a strong character in there quick who is prepared to get rid of the dead weights.
Time for a clear out me thinks.

I hope so. Seems like my source that said Matt Holland was there to get a staff role may have been spot on.
