Nothing will change. Other than the cat will be out of the bag and it will be known by all that you've nicked the stadium and that the government has given your club an unfair advantage that will last for a century.

Fair play to West Ham. You played a blinder.
It's already passed all European commission and UK Law scrutiny. This has nothing to do with taxpayers money and everything to with fking jealousy. They're may also be few surprised at exactly how much we give back in taxable profit, food concourse sales, restriction on naming rights and got knows what else, or if G+S sell up. The irony of all this being, that the taxpayer will no doubt pay for any further (and likely fruitless) investigating.
Of course no other club would have done the same, they would have all turned such a gift horse down...either way if they had taken it, I doubt our fans would have whinged and bleated so much about it if someone else had got it.
After all,us West Ham fans normally have enough to moan about as it is.
I think that the issue was the witholding of some of the financial details for "commercial" reasons. The judgement was that this was a spurious excuse. Such decisions as this should be totally transparent imo.

Away wins at the Arse,Scousers and Citeh... Never been done in the same season by anyone in Premier league history !
.. Which they've now corrected to the last ten years apparently ..!

As the second half progressed I kept looking at the BBC web site "as it stands" table with us 2nd and decided I wouldn't say anything to tempt fate... but now I can say wow, what a game, what a start to the season! COYI

I rather like having a rock & roll manager... laugh

It was a great performance. For me the best thing was that in years gone by we would have lost concentration and let in a goal with 5 mins. to go but not yesterday. Indeed having withstood the City onslaught for most of the 2nd half I felt that City, if anything, lost energy in the last 5-10mins as if they knew they would never score. I also love the maturity Payet showed when we did get the ball by trying to retain possession, again in the past our players would simply have hoofed it! We really do look quite a good team this year, and the manager play guitar in a rock band!

hehe my missus did her sums at half time and said we'd go up to 2nd if we won which of course I knew but didn't want to tempt fate! Spent the 2nd half behind the sofa!

Some great results for you guys, do you think you're underrated this year?

What's your target this year do you think? Top 6?
