All good except that Manure & Liverpool also won.

Yes, I think we'll be put in our place by the end of the season, especially if Liverpool play like that until the end of the season. It has been a brilliant season to be a Hammer, though.

Really odd performance tonight. Sometimes we worked really hard, sometimes we stood off. Sometimes we kept it well other times we were hopelessly careless.Wasted really good chances and end up
winning thanks to two pens.
And why do we not put in the box from free kicks when we've got Reid,Carroll Sakho and Antonio, all in there, rather than play a 5 yard pass from it which then results in it going all the way back to Adrian... who then goes long ! Four bloody times tonight !
Still .. "We've got Pele, ginger Pele , I just don't think you understand " made me laugh.

Agree, bit of an odd one - fking freezing and crowd flat in the stadium until late on as well. Funny reaction to AC's goal - everyone (me inc) around me assumed it was offside.

Well taken pen by Nobes though. No pens for ages & then three in a row.

Still good win and an important one given other results.

West Brom away for me next, can't wait.

Does anyone know the issues around Diafra? Saw he may leave, is it personal issues?

I saw on Instagram he thanked hammers and always seems he is focused with WHU so hope he stays.

Looks like we just signed Toni Martinez:-

I have to say I knew nothing about him but he sounds promising.

I read that it's personal / family related - lives alone in foreign country etc, no idea if that's true though.

Well HM did open the re-developed main stand back in 2001... suspect that she'll be along in due course for the Olympic.

Quite an achievement, & as someone who was sceptical from th outset I'm pleased that I'm being proved wrong - next season ought to be quite something (although this one will take some beating).

Off to WBA shortly & an evening in Brum post game.

COYI!!!

As far as I know we have no injuries or suspensions at the moment so everybody is available for today's match.

Very unusual.

It's been a fantastic season and I am guessing way beyond most people's expectations. It could have been better with just those dubious penalties not being scored however 5th and a season best for points in the Premiership can't be bad, and the stadium sold out!

More calls in the newspapers for Noble to be called up for England. Can't see it happening tho, shame.

It won't happen in a month of Sundays. Hodgson has always studiously ignored Noble and even when pushed by Shearer on MTOD he changed the subject and wouldn't talk about him. He would lose face if he picked him and above all else Hodgson seems like someone who doesn't like to admit he was wrong. He has his favourites and that's it. Rooney will be captain and Noble (nor cresswell) will get a look in.

Jack Wheelchair will probably go although he has played about 10 minutes this season, has tiny, short legs that get injured every half hour and is basically a wker.

Noble should have been called up to that squad recently - at least for a look from Woy.
