Technically, its cost me flight tickets from Stuttgart as well. At least I've got free accommodation in London. All those years of being a season ticket holder and rarely even needing to use cup game vouchers and then the daft buggers get themselves to Wembley when I have no loyalty points anymore!

Lightening doesn't strike twice (hopefully|) but I went to the last FA Cup final and it cost me £200 for a ticket and look what happenend
Even as a Newcastle fan, I have to say Sunderland supporters were a credit to SAFC today _ filled the capital with colour, behaved impeccably, singing to the final whistle and supported the team as they got their runners up medals. Great effort and even though you didn't win it looked like a cracking day out.

Credit to them and the team. I think had Borini scored that second he had a chance at, we could've maybe held on but despite the loss I'm pleased with how we played. A wonder goal from Toure got City back into it and another great goal from Nasri soon after meant we were always going to have to chase the game.
Proud of my team today. We'll just have to win the FA cup
Congratulations to City too
What a great day. Good game, did ourselves proud I think, they may have won the game, but they certainly were a very, very, second best when it came to support. Club Wembley is not segregated, but it might have well as been where I was sat, no blue at all. The folk I met from Manchester in the bar were lovely though!
My throat is red raw...
I've never been prouder to be a Sunderland fan than I am tonight.

The support today was fantastic (and crazy in Covent Garden last night).
The two (excellent) goals were game changers obviously. City are excellent at keeping the ball.
Had some nice bets at 1-0.
For all the possession I didn't think City were that great. Easily frustrated.
Onwards and upwards.

The funniest thing today was when all the Sunderland fans did the 'Poznan' after City's half-hearted attempt, so, so funny...
Yep and I was one of them!! Immensely proud of the lads, we had Man City rattled in the first half but in the end their class in front of goal showed through. The level of support shown & the party the night before in Covent Garden shows what passion their is from North East supporters for their clubs, I think nearly everyone went down on the Saturday morning. How many other clubs do that?
All I ask is that one day I will see us win a trophy, it would mean so much and on Sunday we came close, bloody close!
Proud of every one of them. Sunderland till I die!!

Good luck to you and I hope you do but to answer the question pleanty of clubs have passionate and loyal supporters. I remember Cardiff for the play-offs a few years back before and after the town was a sea of claret & blue Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
