Quick question as an away fan yesterday, does your park and ride system from Felindre always start so close to the game? There was a lot of pissed off gooners waiting around with no info yesterday.

Great game of football though smile
Who knows? were not away fans wink Plenty of free parking within walking distance. I only used the park and ride once (the one for the home fans) and that was next to a gyppo camp redface. IIRC The football club itself has nothing to do with transport to the ground, as it doesn't really own the stadium, the Local Authority does.

Well done chaps. Under the kosh, but got the goals when needed. The 2 goal cushion, as well as away goals... Superb.

So so proud.

To think 6 years ago I went to watch us play Colchester in the league.

Tonight we beat the European champions on their own patch.

Don't count your chickens, Chelsea are masters at getting the required result...ask Barca or Bayern.

Yeah but they can't afford to park the bus, they need to get a result, will be a cracking 2nd leg.

Well done tonight.

And dare I say you've built a club not just bought the best players. Well done. Pull off the home tie and you could be in Europe next season.

Question for you. What position did Allen play?

RT - he and Leon Britton both played the dogged, snapping at heels, mop-up jobs in midfield. Both also happened to possess excellent close control and passing skills.

This then allowed an attacking player to play behind the striker (Gylfi Sigurdson last season) in a 4-5-1.

Allen is a very good player and has potential to be world class. He needs to work on his vision and attacking guile. He "fitted" at Swansea and was a shoe-in in the first XI but I always thought he might look a bit lost in another team without players he was comfortable with.

Give him time and he will be good.

Allen was expendable, Britton is not, he's the heart of the team, you can see it when he's subbed, the team starts to lose its way.
