I have a 93 Justy with selectable awd. It's a great little car but am curious what other Scooby owners think? I'm trying to sell it as I'm a bit big for it so some feedback would be great. Know it sounds stupid before anyone points it out biggrin

I always thought it was a strange little car. Must have been pretty slow, dealing with an AWD on something that small? Interesting little thing though. I always used to see one on the quayside of Newcastle, maroon red like yours but with a huge, yellow star of Pleiades decal on the side of it. Haven't seen it in a while mind.

If you get all 4 wheels off the ground and spin the back drivers side wheel forwards and the rear passenger side goes the same way you have an LSD, if it spins the other way it will be an open type diff.

Mate at work had one back in the mid-1990s. We used to have proper snow then. I had a Cavalier GSi 4X4 which was great in the snow but the Justy made my car look stupid. It would go absolutely anywhere including the steep bridge out of the Cadbury World site which was a sheet of ice and snow. I couldn't get up there.

Genius cars. I absolutely loved mine.

-they have a red 'James Bond ejector' button in the middle of the gear lever to select 4wd
-Transfer box is fixed so 4wd system is actually very effective offroad.
-9v engine. (3 cylinders, 3 valves per c.)

Eventually my gearbox went (~130k miles)
Rear wheel bearings are a weak point and a nightmare to replace

I'd have another one in a flash if I could find an uncorroded example!
