So the manual says refer to dealer which seems excessive.

It is the drivers side one that is the issue.

Can I get to it if i remove the battery or does the entire unit have to come out?

Also if it does have to come out does the bumper need to be removed or just the grill?

Looks like a lot of messing about for a £1 bulb.......

Thx

It's a two minute job, from memory the washer bottle neck and the air intake duct have to be moved (on a 3.0 anyway). They have a quick release click so it's not big deal. The sidelight bulb sits in a holder which is easily removed, once you have access.

If just the bulb it is easy. Strange that my battery is not on the driver's side and neither is the washer bottle, unlike the posts above. I have the 2.0 is the 3.0 that different?

On the 3.0, the battery and washer filler neck are both on the passenger side.

Sorry my mistake

It is the air intake that needs to come out.

The easy to get to bulbs are the headlight ones-it looks very like the entire unit needs to come out, which will mean the grill has to come off..............just for a sidelight bulb........Ahhhhhhhhrrrrr
