gb270 suspension

I've driven a couple of wagons and found the suspension much harder than my (then) stock wagon. Harder to the point where I haven't bought one. Changed the impreza for something else which isn't working out. Still fancy a gb270 so presumably fitting stock springs is an option to make it a bit softer?
The larger wheels/low profile tyres won't help either but they have to stay.

I *think* you're right in saying that they're just a spring kit.

I've got Prodrive blues on mine (and stiffer shocks/bushes) and it's bloody horrid compared to a stock one.
