Best stuff is Manista, lemon or Orange.
another vote for this from me, orange. swarfega is ok if its just a bit of oil, thick grease and its useless.

what if you put sugar in swarfega? mind blown...
Broadly speaking it turns it into Manista.

I've got a tub of 70's Swarfega in my parents garage. Apparently it's very bad for you, healthwise, but it works amazingly well. My mum hated me using it when I had my beetle but nothing else came close in terms of ease of removing oil and gunk.

Oooh yeah, I'll have to re-visit the stuff next time I'm round there. It's a big gallon-ish size container with a round 'pop' lid just big enough to scoop the cold, green, slightly runny jelly out. But it does smell good.
