1st Telescope

Skywatcher Mercury 607 looks like it could be a good 1st telescope... thoughts? Anything better for similar money?

I can't compare or give details on better products for the same price, though I have owned this particular model of telescope.

I bought it back in 1999 for £180.

It isn't amazing, although, it does a lot of what it says in the description. The key word in the description on that page is "favorable". Conditions need to be favorable.

I would buy another for that price if I'm honest.
