Don't go for UFO's myself, but this film of Buzz Aldrin got me pondering. Since the film was shot is there any further information as to what they saw, does anyone know?

There have been many credible sightings of UFOs in the past and my viewpoint is that the aliens are more intelligent than us humans in order to have found us first.
Their UFOs are made from incredibly advanced materials and power systems we have yet to come across.
And if scientists are looking for earth like planets elsewhere then it is logical to believe that those aliens on those planets will look similar to us because of the similar environment. Therefore who's not to say they have already landed and mixed in? Scary thought.

Why is that logical? It's more logical to believe they would look different.PW said:
There isn't even one other species on Earth out of millions that share our environment that look like us.
It amazes me.If you want to find snarling fanged beasts with super powers and a anti gravity boots, just research spiders!
So many amazing lifeforms living on our own planet, and it's imaginary green men that gets people's attention.

bks. Their UFOs are made from incredibly advanced materials and power systems we have yet to come across.

Credible sightings - Which ones?
Aliens more intelligent - Not only have we no evidence of Alien life visiting us, but somehow you know about their intelligence levels?
Advanced materials - I presume this information is via the spacecraft you have no evidence of?
They will look similar to us - Us as in human? Us as in life on earth? have you seen the variation of life on earth, and that is just one petri dish in a vast universe of petri dishes?
Who is not to say what they have and have not done? - No-one. The issue arises when you make an assertion based on zero evidence at all.

Well, at least it was that time I watched They Live while off my t*ts on the strongest weed I've ever smoked.
Or listened to War of the Worlds on the strongest weed I've ever smoked.
Hang on...

I don't think we are intelligent enough to get to the stars: QED, the odds are that Aliens will probably have to be more intelligent than us.They will look similar to us - Us as in human? Convergent evolution teaches one truth: it is the niche that defines the creature. If the requirements are the same then whatever fills the gap will have to have certain characteristics. This goes regardless of which petri dish you inhabit.

My issue is he is determining something without evidence about a group he has shown no evidence of. It is mere speculation. Similar characteristics do not mean that we will look the same. Other planets will have a different gravitational pull, different chemical composition, different historical, geological events, and so on, and so forth.
