Scott Manly suggests it could be a fuel pickup issue

It appears to coast for a few seconds before attempting ignition, so fuel could have floated away from the feed pipe. Something as simple as ullage thrusters would fix that ( if that was the issue )

All went well up to fairing separation

Sadly they are now saying it used too much fuel while tumbling around, and theye is insifficient to land on the Moon
