I think sunsets about 630 so should be ok.

18:23 Sunset and dark at 18:56 down my way in the south tomorrow so maybe?

It doesn't have to be totally dark. ISS is very bright after all.

I actually caught it in daylight once. The atmosphere must have been really clear that day.

Are you sure it was the ISS. According to Heavens Above t's due over Farnborough at 20.36 tonight.

There was another dimmer sat ahead of the ISS the other night but slightly different track. Didnt check it up to see what it was. Expecting 20:36 as well

Superb pass over Manchester just now, it was a bright as Venus at one point!
