Superb pass over Manchester just now, it was a bright as Venus at one point!
I'm in Cheshire so I am assuming I saw it as well , didn't realise it was that bright.

3rd night in a row of beautifully clear skies. Started to fade soon after passing overhead.

Nice. Got my settings all wrong and thing I have it back now, have to wait for the next. I was using f4 for some flipping reason.

Shutter lockup, tripod and remote release but went out later than I expected. f14 looking a lot better and dropped the iso. But not enough of a pass on the camera to make it worthwhile.

Yup, sure am. 18:53 started the pass I watched. I didn't see the later one. Got some neighbours out watching it for the first time too, which was cool.

heavens above suggests the best slots for the expected light conditions. There is an option to change it to all passes. I forgot about that and had it set for “visible”. Going to suggest it gives the better options for visible hence confusion.
