I have got this fault code coming up when using forscan and I have got my abs light on the dash. I have swapped the sensor and checked the wiring all the way back to the abs module behind the battery and I have got continuity on it. (One is purple, one is grey with a bit of purple).
The grey wire shows 11.5v and the purple shows 30mv. On the passenger side it shows 11.5v and .03mv but I have no idea what the small voltage is.

Has anyone got an idea as to what might be causing this code? It's saying an ground fault but I'm not finding any wiring issues.

I can't really find much info on the c1a94 code and forscan calls it 'drivers front wheel speed sensor'. Is forscan set for left hand drive or right hand drive?

The car was meant to be sold tomorrow!

You are saying it is a ground (earth) fault & you are saying that you have checked continuity, but have you checked resistance to earth?

I would expect an earth fault to be either earth is not being detected where it should be, or is being detected where it shouldn't be.

Additionally, was the new sensor you fitted an oe one or an ebay cheapie, because there are many stories out in t'interwebland of cheap ones not working.

Try a known good sensor swap-over to check if the fault moves with the sensor.
