Wet seatbelts after rain

Hi guys
I’ve got a late 2008 gen7 Accord tourer. Recently, over winter or when it rains, the seatbelt reels on the front seem to be getting wet. The exposed parts are not wet, but once you put it on the rest that was on the reel is now either damp or after heavy rain wet through.
What’s the possible sources of such a leak? There’s no wet carpets and I can’t seem to find anywhere where water should drain that might be blocked. The car has a sunroof which might well be prime suspect for the source of the ingress
