2005 focus c max fault need help

i have a 2005 c max that has a smashed rear window which i am getting replaced friday the problem i have my fob wont open any doors only the key opens the drivers door lock but not the rest of the doors help?

Remote battery ok?
Driver door lock sounds faulty. Do you not have to turn the key twice in the open position for it to open all doors anyway?
