Iveco Eurocargo 120E18 Indicator problem

Iveco Eurocargo 120E18 2004
I had corrosion problems in 2 of the rear lights (Hamburger) so I have changed them with new LED units, outside lights offside and nearside.
Now when the indicators are used the minor fault light comes on and a very loud Klaxon sounds. The Indicators are working fine.
The fault indicator stays on until the immobiliser is operated.
How to fix this ?
