Toyota RAV4 2013 DPF

Dear members,
Started getting message "DPF Full Check Owners Manual", which then suggests to run the car @ 40 mph for 30 mins. As we usually do 30 mins run I suspect its not the driving thats clogging the DPF.
Using the ODB2 reader and Torque app, I get no codes however a single test failure and strange reading from Exhaust Gas Temp Bank 1 Sensor 4 (-30).
I have attached screenshots from torque app, any comments on whats might be causing this is appreciated.
