Any idea of how I can get these out in order to put new ones in/ new hub?

Whilst I suspect you might be another incarnation of SpeedySpeedBoy I note you give your occupation as 'trainee mechanic'.
In which case I'd advise you to speak to the qualified mechanics at the garage you work at who will be able to show you how to deal with it.

Take the disc off and either replace the hub with a used one or drill them out carefully. Really sharp drill bit having flattened the face of the broken studs.

also, give it's got four studs, the cars is likely to be small. The hub should be cheap, far easier to bin it.

Can't tell whether those are bolts or studs, but they aren't "lug nuts". Ask a competent mechanic to tell you what they are. The same person will probably answer your original question of how to replace them.

If you get the disc off there might be enough exposed thread to get stilsons on or weld a nut on. Seems to be a torx retaining screw for the disc. Did they break tightening or loosening? (All 4?)

Edit to add if they were studs then they might be spline fit into the hub and can be hammered out the back. Consult a manual.

Good suggestions above, depends whether they're threaded into the hub or are press fitted studs really.

What car is it?

Buy a new hub from a breakers would be my suggestion. I wouldn't be doing anything that might weaken or damage the remaining threads (especially not drilling them out!) and either way, it'll be a right pain to get them out.

Remove that big nut in the middle. Undo wishbone, shock and track rod, pop out the drive shaft - job done (unless they're properly rusted in as well = nightmare, especially the wishbone lower joint).

ETC - good point about the press fitted studs - if they are press fitted just whollop them out, or use an SDS drill with a pointed chisel attachment on spindle hammer lock (i.e drill shaft hammering but not turning).
