Do you plan to fix it yourself?

Depends what the issue is and if it's worth spending the money on it

Suppose it needs a new injection pump and/or crank position sensor and/or wiring repair - would you do that yourself? If you have experience of this type of work I'd expect you to know whether you can do it, so if you don't know that's a clue that it's going to involve some learning, mistakes and possibly wasted money along the way.

If you aren't sure about DIY then the person who you need to get the answer from is the person who would be doing the work.

Bosch VP30 and VP44 pumps were fitted to the DI mk6's, p1563 and p1664 codes relate to the small ECU mounted on top of the pump itself and basically mean that it's gone faulty and has stopped communicating with the main ECU. This ECU can be removed from the pump in situ and sent off for repair but it usually only fails if the mechanical side of the pump is on the way out and can't provide enough pressure within the pump to keep the ECU cool (it's cooled by the flow of diesel through the pump). The 'proper' fix in my experience is a complete new or re-con pump. On a mk6, again, in my experience this can be prohibitively expensive.

With the regards to the p0335 code, if the engine is turned over a lot after pump failure to try and start it this runs the battery down and tends to trigger other unrelated codes, I'd suspect this is where this code has come from. I'd be much more concerned with the fuel pump fault codes.
