Can I come in? I used to drive heavies years ago, held a German Klasse 2 licence and an English Class One, but have not used them for decades. Nowadays I just drive little Volvo cars!

This was the main truck I drove in Germany: 11 litre straight six N/A, six speed crash box, high and low range and a manual diff lock/FWD lever. The exhaust brake was like an old dipswitch on the floor, and great for 'indicating my presence' to dawdling drivers etc. Somewhere around I have an old tacho disk (clockwork version) with a red zigzag going most of the way around - about 18 hours worth! I wonder what the statute of limitations is for busting hours?
