On further looking I think Bill's blog is just a way of giving out news items in a friendly manner. I don't think there really is a "Bill" as such. Main reason for that is there is another website that is owned by the same company but aimed at couriers that has a remarkably similar set up on it. http://www.courierexchange.co.uk/blog/ same background pictures same name board same contact details on the 'contact us' page.
