Mine is in main dealer for rear calipers so I'm in "the spare"
Jesus it's terrible.
I can't believe how a 17 plate truck cab be so basic. Doesn't even have Bluetooth.

Bluetooth? Luxury !

My spare van doesn’t have Bluetooth. It doesn’t even have a stereo. Or electric windows. It doesn’t even have central locking.

I just wear Bluetooth headphones at work all day now and it's miles better than flakey truck radios. I'm supposed to wear hearing protection when I'm unloading anyway, wish that I'd started doing it years ago.

Sat watching the tourists wanting to die as they stand right next to the live lane to get a photo of the nearly home trees on the A30

Edit: no, that’s where he chose to stand to operate his drone! confused

With his back to oncoming traffic at 70+ mph.

That’s a bit of an oxymoron isn’t it?

This is the A836 at Strathy on the north coast, it’s a double track road usually. I bladed it four times that day this was the journey home in the gritter at the end of a very long shift.

Sweeping the hard shoulder on the M6 today. Interestingly these have a manual box for normal driving and a auto box for when sweeping, controlled by the lever on the left of steering wheel

Yep this only has a single engine to power both the truck and sweeping gear where alot of sweepers have a seperate donkey engine mounted on the back.

It's been there for a week, they've now put traffic lights around it, think that they're hoping that it just sinks all of the way and they can forget about it hehe

Surely they just need to bring in one of those Canadian blokes with a moustache?

I'm guessing that's the entrance / exit route to a quarry and he's took that hill a bit quick?

Nah it's a HS2 site, they've made a 10 mile road that runs along the site so that we don't drive through the villages. It's mostly completely flat, open and straight but it seems like wherever there's a bit of a bend or hill or a leaf falls off of a tree some nobhead manages to do something stupid.

I think that bit might even be a 15mph speed limit. Just found the photo from last week, fk knows what he was doing.

Bloody hell, that pictures shows it better, up to the axles.

If they have to get a wrecker out for that, as its off road it's going to be a very large bill!
