overall length worked out not too bad.
need to blend in a wee strip to get the skin to match at the front.

If it ends up looking a bit odd I'll fit a kelsa bar and some rectangular spotties or a big wide led bar or a sun visor.

Nice one! Plenty of structure going back in, most aftermarket pop tops don't seem to put much structure back.

I take it keeping under 2m high isn't a priority?

I am torn between a pop top (a bongo roof part could be chopped a little and fitted without the electric roof gubbins) keeping under 2m or just starting with a high top vivaro as its less faff and factory strength (if thats actually any good).

Its sucked up mouldy frogspawn from the diesel tank and now it looks like the pump is knackered.
Fat lot of good the new filter did.

That's a pain.
My vivaro did it's pump, not overly expensive for the parts but the labour was quite steep, all-sorts of special tools to keep it all synched up, takes a brave man to pull s modern high pressure derv unit apart.

the 1.9 is a piece of piss to change the pump, it doesnt need timed as long as the cam and crank are in sync.
never done a 2.0, only swapped the engine out when the chain goes.

stipping motors in a scrappy on a cold night in the dark isnt fun, but appreciated that they let me do it after work.
