Time to Buy a Used Caravan?
Discussion
I'm hoping Mrs GAjon is going to let me look for another motorhome in the near future.
My hope is, with high demand now and people buying into motorhoming because of the situation, there may well be a swell of good, nearly new used vans on the market in 12 to 18 months time from people who decide its not for them.
On the subject of inexperienced campers heres a picture from 2007 I took at Brothesrwater in the lake district.
These guys pitched up (sort of) then went walking.
I did go and take the tent down and stash all their gear safely for them and luckily the site had a lodge they used overnight.

I’m in the Caravan Club to get access to the CL network, I don’t like large sites with a clubhouse etc so CLs suit me fine.
We’ve used commercial sites in the past (there’s a good one not far from Rock) but generally the 5 van CLs are better, they’re also cheaper.
Membership also gives decent discounts at a large range of businesses, last year I had to hire a 7 seater for a few days, I saved more than the cost of my annual membership just on that.
