Wall covering for back of the van

Looking to build a day van and was looking for ideas what to cover the indise of the van with....
Van is already plylined so the fist option is to carpet, but with this van going to be used for beach use and dogs and bikes, sand and mud on the carpet is a night mare. Was looking for something more easy to clean etc.
Has anyone used PVC paneling?
I was thinking something like: PVC Ceiling Panels for the ceiling / roof of the van as i used this in the house and works well
For the curved sides of the van i was thinking something like: Reco Panels as its more flexible.
For the floor i was going to use cushion limo flooring
what have other people done??
