Best place to get a van valued?

Hi all, I know nothing about caravans, but my dad has a van and he's used it 3 times since new in 2018.

Where is the best place to get a proper valuation where they won't offer him silly money for it, he's had a trade in offer of 13k which to my unknowing mind on the subject is crazy.

I'm in the trade let me know the make and model and year and I will look it up in the glasses Guide for you.

I do motoriomes and we don't use the guide as it's useless for motorhomes butnits the Bible for caravans and the whole trade pretty much stocks to it so the most yiu will ever get from a dealer as a cash purchase is book trade price.

The Market is pretty swamped with tourers at the moment though so you may get bid a nit behind tradenunless it's really good stock, unlike motorhomes caravans are much more seasonal, however it won't go up in value in the spring it just becomes a little easier to sell.

Books at £14000 trade in value. Decent layout but the tourer market has slowed recently. Plenty of choice for us dealers at the moment so we are buying between £500 and £1000 below book unless it’s quite literally retail ready.
