I've a shiny new leisure battery on a Sargent EC328b which has solar input for upto 120w, with solar regulator built in.

I've a high roof Bilbo's Komba, GRP roof.

I think I can just glue down a flexible 100/120w panel, a waterproof entry box and plug it straight into the panel.

Anything I should know about?

The regulator is pretty basic and you will need to get hold of the correct connector. Sargent do sell a loom kit with connector for the job or you can make one quite easily.

Prep surfaces well and use a decent UV stable bonding adhesive.

Flexible panels in my experience are not the most reliable, choose wisely. You can get some nice slim-line / low profile entry boxes to smarten things up wink
