Discussion
Ahh, Meryn Trant...yeah he could be another. And it would be sweet revenge for Syrio.

After tonights GoT episode, Aegon and Jon Con will definitely not be happening then?
I assume in the books Aegon will amount to nothing?
I don't think it's as simple as stuff left out = not relevant. If he has important stuff to do, it'll get shunted onto someone else. The greyscale thing seems to be Jorah's role now, instead of Connington's.I assume in the books Aegon will amount to nothing?

Tristan is meant to be appearing in episode 6 - is he the targ rightful heir to the throne or the Dorne prince who gets burnt?
How do you know he is in 6? He deffo isn't Quent, but he may be the substitute for Ageon.westtra said:
My guess is loras at the hands of the religious army. As his arc is not really doing much.

That link is pretty good. I'd like to know what that, Malko character is...
Randayll Tarly has been name dropped heavily, we'll be seeing Sam's dad next year.

from that westeros link you put up, one of the threads said they had seen the cast list for 6 and it features him.
I reckon Bronn/Jamie will stumble across the Targ army before dying/
Well the Golden Companyy has been name dropped last series...but not this. So it's possible.I reckon Bronn/Jamie will stumble across the Targ army before dying/

So, who thinks Jon is going to send Sam and Gilly to the citadel before he heads off to get the wildlings? They've now mentioned the citadel quite a few times, that it has lots of books and that Sam wanted to be a maester so I think that's enough hints for the non book readers. Similar to how they ramped up the references to grey scale before last nights episode.

Halb - have you not seen the rumours that the High Sparrow is the Frogman lord (you know the dad of the 2 that accompanied Bran) and knows the truth about Jon
I've heard of that. Might be so in the books, but I doubt it in the show. Jon Pryce is not younger than Sean Bean, I don't see that being done. He's about the same age as Ned, they were squires at the same time
Howland Reed was with him when he rescued Lyanna Stark. Howland was the only other survivor of that mission; which in theory makes him the only living person to know Jon's real parentage
I'm expecting to meet him in the next book

About the same age but younger. I don't think they've made anything out of his appearance so I doubt the show will do it, and really, I don't see it as a valid theory anyway. I don't really understand where it comes from.
Also, Jon Pryce is a big fella, 6 foot. If they bring in Howland next series, he'll be a slight fella, like his kids.
From the new casting stuff released though, looks like we're getting another flashback.

When do you expect the next book? Before 2017? Howland Reed was with him when he rescued Lyanna Stark. Howland was the only other survivor of that mission; which in theory makes him the only living person to know Jon's real parentage
I'm expecting to meet him in the next book

The list for anyone wondering.
Looks like Euron is going to be in, no sign of Victarion yet though.
