I'm guessing you must've tried Amazon? From their website it would seem that Amazon can get it, but there is a 4 to 6 week lead time.

The Very Best of Russell Bulgin 1959-2002
Publisher: MPA Fingal
ISBN: 0954360400

I ordered mine direct from a phone number that was listed in EVO. Maybe worth giving EVO a ring and see if that service is still running? It was a couple of years ago I think that bought my copy...

It's a great read - hope you find a copy!

From the article that Ted wrote about the release of the book in 2002 :-

"the book can also be purchased via the post for a total cost of £19.95. For mail order, the credit card hotline number is: 01892 838928"

Again, I'm guessing you may have tried this.

I have got this book, my wife ordered it for me from the number in the back on evo.

Just to mention that the book is the best of all of his writings and I dont remember it containing any of his articles from Evo

Still and very good and moving book

Regards

Well, guess what Santa brought me this year!
Delighted to finally have a copy after many years of fruitless searching… smile

I see there’s an old thread on here about this excellent book - not sure if the price is right but there are some easily googled pages suggesting it’s value is $450.

Wow! Time to sell mine and pay off my mortgage!! I'd love to know what Russell would have made of this 'inflation'!

I bought mine as soon as it appeared after his death . I re-read it often too, as he is the best of all motoring journalists, and makes most others (ancient and modern ) look like amateurs . The book is an anthology of pieces from CCC, CAR , Evo , Motor , Daily Telegraph , Autocar and others .

Like RB the book is very stylishly produced . I saw the unmistakably lofty frame of RB once at a GT race at Donington in the 90s and I do wish I'd thanked him for entertaining me so much .

If you like RB I would hugely recommend 'Thus Spake David E', the anthology of David E Davis' work. He was , of course the legendary US writer (Car and Driver, Road and Track etc ) who hugely influenced many CAR writers in its glory days , now very long since past . DED was viciously funny , erudite and was almost poetic on occasion.

I have done reviews of both (and other car titles) on speedreaders.info , a US website which has a huge range of car related book reviews . Not a commercial plug BTW as we all write for nowt ... . .

If you enjoy good automotive writers check out Peter Egan. His "best of" stuff is available on Amazon at about £20. Well worth a read,

I guess Amazon is the best source of buying a book, have you tried it already?
