Subscribe to EVO - other car mags seem to review too many cars I'm not interested in, whilst EVO is pretty much spot on.

Occasionaly buy Autosport

what's retroford like? i have never seen that? is it another of those ones written by very enthusiastic (and knowledgeable) people who just can't write a decent article?

________

although having said that, richard(?) hesletine seems to use syntax even odder than mine..! and he writes for octane!

EVO usually, plus Top Gear, Autocar and Autosport, but only if there's something on the cover that looks interesting.

i used to like grassroots motorsport from the US it was more enjoyable than CCC (and unless it has changed i'd find it more readable than practical performance car personally - no offence because i know al rush and people are PCC).

None taken, it baffles me sometimes.

If you're into grass roots motorsport and club racing though (or want to get into it), this may be of interest to you..

I particularly enjoy Octane.. although there are many great mags, its always one read I look forward to. Retro Ford is well worth a look if Old Skool stuff is your thing. Circuit Driver has authority and I like this one too.

i read EVO, Autocar and Top Gear, these are the 3 main motoring mags i read cover to cover.
i do occaisionally have a look at What car and Octane if there is anything good in them.
whatever happened to Test drive mag? haven't seen a copy of that in ages, used to quite enjoy that, as they sometimes reviewed TVR's, Ferrari's etc.
