'The seats are leather and have some wear and tear on them,' yeh and the odd bullet hole... Very odd to see it for sale, I assumed it would still be in some Police lock up or maybe destroyed, I didn't think they sold stuff like this on...

Such a small penis for such a big gangster? hehe.
Within seven minutes of the link to the Corsa site being posted, you've managed to link through to ebay, link to Bernard's site and find the picture (amongst many) of a dead man with a little willy and report back...

Don't you think that's a little bit off key?

I hadn't ever thought about what happens to the vehicles involved in such things before...anyone's 2nd hand motor could have had anything going on in it!

Always assumed a shotgun would make much more of a mess than that too
At very close range, there is not much spread. From a few feet away the damage on body tissue, would have been far greater.

For some daft reason I just looked up the crime scene photos. I wouldn't recommend looking at them unless you have a strong stomach, the injuries they sustained are horrific. Don't think anyone could even contemplate buying that Rangey after seeing those pictures of blood spattered all over the leather, unless they're a bit wrong in the head...

They are horrific injuries but I would only find the photos disturbing if they were of people who had died in more tragic circumstances; IMHO this wasn't particularly tragic. I have seen photos of a suicide which, although much less appalling in terms of injuries, was more tragic given the actual circumstances of the young man concerned.

Rough justice for those 3 really.

wobble

The Corsa site gives me a headache. Trying to read through all of that feeble cack at the bottom of everyone's posts is impossible.

True, they wern't exactly model citizens being drug dealers and all. But it's still not that nice to look at... and yes that corsa forum is rather amusing

Am I the only one who thinks they don't look a lot like shotgun wounds some of them? I'm no crime scene investigator but some of them look more like axe wounds than anything else.
Also why has the one guys head totally collapsed? Looks like it's turned into jelly, does getting shot in the head with a shotgun do that? Maybe the pellets broke a lot of cranium and facial bones but didn't quite exit out of his face?
Surprised the rangie is on sale to the public now, but I do find this sort of stuff interesting. Good find.

This could be why you aren't a crime scene investigator biglaugh

I guess the owner of it decides what happens after all evidence has been gathered....maybe a pro will know.

It's not really THAT famous of a vehicle. I can't see it being a collectors choice. So in essence it is an F reg Range Rover...thats all.

Saw these pics a few days ago when I randomly came across the ebay ad.

They (the images) should be printed out and handed out by local PCSO's to every wanna-be gangster that frequents the local off licence or thinks it's cool/tough/etc. to be "tooled up".

They would see their fking arse!

Yeah I guess if the rangie was stolen, which in all probability it was, once it was recovered it's still the property of the original owner so he can do what he likes with it.

Also from close range there won't be much dispersion from shotgun bullets.

But the exit wounds are narrow slits on the front of the bodys whereas what I assume are the entry wounds are huge gaping splatters which makes sense. I'll again admit I've got no clue what to look for so I'm just asking out of interest, but would this be caused by only one or two pellets exiting the body and the rest staying inside? Thus making for cleaner smaller holes? :???:

Regarding showing images like these in schools. We had exactly this at secondary school. 2 hours of slides from gang violence pathology reports. Weapons seisures (sometimes just the weapons themselves were spine tingling). I would say it worked well. But then again surely it is human nature to dislike wounding and death.

At first I thought.. Big deal! It's still a decent old Rangie, and should find a buyer..
Now having seen the gory pictures.. It's quite horrific what happened in there. I wouldn't take the car if you paid me.. So im not surprised that it is showing no bids.. I expect someone that doesn't know, or doesn't care for its history may buy it?

There's bound to be some sick wanna-be gangster who gets a kick out of it's history. Personally I think it should have been crushed.
